I’ve also advised major corporations—including PepsiCo, Ferrero, L’Oréal, Tesco, and Unilever—and financial institutions on building responsible sourcing and investment policies and sustainability programs aligned with evolving standards and stakeholder expectations.

I’ve overseen the design and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs to support the transformation of agricultural commodity production, managing teams of 3–10 people and budgets up to $2.5 million.

I also bring extensive hands-on experience streamlining systems and workflows to ensure resources are focused on what truly drives change on the ground.

I’ve built and nurtured partnerships across the corporate and non-profit sectors, and helped align diverse stakeholders around shared sustainability goals.

I bring extensive experience representing civil society in multi-stakeholder initiatives such as the RSPO, Accountability Framework, and Scope 3 Working Group convened by WBCSD and the IPI.

My expertise spans policy briefs, strategy documents, and high-impact publications on topics including deforestation, biodiversity, climate, human rights, and corporate performance.
